Hello Ken, The Eye to Eye and stoke on the seatpost is 185mm and 55mm.

Hi. Not really. You would need to adapt whatever is available out there to be able to work. Since this is a mountain bike, It wasn’t really meant for that. As far as a rear fender, this would be particularly difficult because the rear triangle is always moving.
