When LAPD needed an eBike to help meet the demand of serving and protecting Los Angeles, we answered the call with the original Sentinel. This groundbreaking technology, allowed police and other first responders to answer calls more quickly with an expanded range up to 5 times greater than pedal bikes and often faster than cruisers too, especially in high traffic areas. The Sentinel also allowed officers to be more accessible to the community while also finding greater job satisfaction on the bike most of the day, without being completely gassed.

The Sentinel 2.0 has has been upgraded to the latest 625Wh Gen4 Speed Motor from Bosch, providing electric assist up to 28 mph and a range of up to 75 miles. The frame geometry allows for easy up-and-go without getting the duty belt stuck under the saddle. Your “office chair” is a comfy WTB Speed Sport saddle. The beefy Rock Shox Pike can handle curbs and stairs in narrow passages without blinking. Incredible stopping power is delivered by Shimano SLX hydraulic disc brakes. The Shimano XT 11-Speed groupset offers quick and reliable shifting when the road and terrain shift beneath you. And, the Sentinel 2.0 is equipped with a sturdy Topeak rear rack and optional rear bag to fit everything needed for those long shifts. The Sentinel 2.0, when duty calls.
